What is AliExpress cashback?

The best way to explain this is to explain what cashback sites do.

Wikipedia explains it like this:

A cashback website is a type of reward website that pays its members a percentage of money earned when they purchase goods and services via its affiliate links.

Cashback sites are mostly used by regular people that are shopping online. Maybe something like clothes or a new washing machine!

But dropshippers can use this as well to get money back on every order they place!

Simply said, you register with a cashback website and get an affiliate link from them.

You then paste that link into your AliExpress dropshipping app, and now every time you order something on AliExpress with that app, you will get some money back!

Do keep in mind that it might take some time before you can withdraw the money from the cashback website, but it's some extra money that you don't have to do anything for.

I think it's definitely worth the wait!

Why AliExpress cashback could save your dropshipping store

As you can read here, profit margins are tight when you're dropshipping.

If you can add an extra 5% to your profit margins, you could spend that extra money on your marketing which could then lead to more sales; thus increasing your profits!

Or you could pay your monthly fees with it like Shopify and any apps that you're paying for.

How awesome is that?

How do you apply for AliExpress cashback?

To start, you need to choose which cashback site you're going to use.

Keep in mind that it's best that your dropshipping app (like DSers) supports that cashback site. This makes it a lot easier to get the AliExpress cashback.

One more thing, look to see if the cashback site accepts dropshippers or retailers. If they don't, then you've got a big chance that they might block you in the future.

I suggest you take a look at Admitad.

Admitad supports dropshipping (you can even select that as an option when registering), and you can use this cashback site with the most popular dropshipping apps.

For example: DSers, AliDropship, and Dropified.

The first step will be to register as a “Publisher.”

I guess that you know what to fill in with this step, haha. Just some necessary information; you can do it!

Then you will need to fill in some questions. For example:

After you have pressed ‘Dropshipping', it's time to fill in the information about your dropshipping store:

Just fill in the name and the link to your store. Plus, you can select the dropshipping app that you use to fulfill your dropshipping orders.

How do you get cashback on your AliExpress orders with Admitad?

Now all you have to do is search for the AliExpress affiliate program and press the ‘Apply for moderation' button:

Keep in mind that it might take a few days before you get accepted.

After you've gotten accepted, you will need to head over to the Deeplink or the Banners section. Your “Link for Traffic” will be there.

You will need this link later on when you're enabling the AliExpress affiliate program on your dropshipping app.

Important tips to correctly receive cashback on your Aliexpress orders

It is important to follow the tips from Admitad below so they can correctly recognize your orders. This way, you will correctly receive cashback from them!

• Make orders through your order processing app. Otherwise, orders will not be tracked.
• Deactivate all the extensions, except the fulfillment system, when placing and paying for orders. Otherwise, they will cut off your commission.
• You can easily deactivate extensions in Chrome this way: click the menu icon at the top right of the browser window, choose More Tools and choose Extensions to open the Extensions > Uncheck Enabled to disable an extension.
• Another solution is to place your orders in an Incognito Browser tab.
• Make the orders and payment at the same time and in one browser / device in order not to lose the cookie. The lifetime cookie of AliExpress is three days.
• Admitad recommends using Chrome for successful tracking.

How do you get cashback with your AliExpress dropshipping app?

Below I will show you how to implement the AliExpress cashback system with the most popular AliExpress dropshipping apps. I will also include at the end how to get cashback if you're not using an order processing app.

Feel free to skip to the dropshipping app that you use.

I do have one tip for you before I start, in case you didn't read the tips above, you should disable your AdBlocker when you're ordering your orders with your affiliate link.

Your AdBlocker could block the cookies that are necessary to give you your AliExpress cashback.

Let's begin!

How to get AliExpress cashback with DSers

If you want to get the AliExpress cashback program enabled on DSers, you must at least have the advanced plan ($19.9 per month).

You can't have it enabled on the free DSers plan.

You might ask yourself, why doesn't DSers enable this on the free plan?

Well, for example, for the now closed Oberlo, rumors went that Oberlo used their affiliate link for people on the free plan or people that didn't activate the affiliate program.

This way, they were supposedly earning your AliExpress cashback with each order and for every person that used Oberlo!

Keep in mind that DSers only needs the number at the end of the link, not the whole link.

Everything is set up correctly now on your DSers account, and you're ready to process your AliExpress orders with cashback!

How to get AliExpress cashback with Dropified

All the plans from Dropified have the AliExpress affiliate program feature, but yeah, all the plans from Dropified cost money.

Although, you will need to contact the support to have the feature enabled on your account.

After you have the feature enabled, you can copy the full Deeplink and paste it into the Stores section on Dropified (at the bottom of that page).

Now you're ready to get AliExpress cashback with Dropified!

How to get AliExpress cashback with AliDropship

If you use AliDropship as your dropshipping app (you can click here for my AliDropship Review), you can press the Settings tab and go to General.

If you scroll down there, you will find a heading with “AliExpress Cashback.”

All you need to do is paste your Admitad affiliate id there. You can get that by going to My Programs > AliExpress WW > Link

After that, you're ready to complete your AliExpress orders with cashback!

How do you get AliExpress cashback if you do not use an order processing app?

In case you do not use an order processing app, you can still receive cashback manually by using the Deeplink tool from Admitad.

Step 1. Adding the link

Add the link from the AliExpress website or the link from your AliExpress dropshipping supplier like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33032572444.html, to your “Deeplink Generator” tool.

Just paste the link and press “Generate.”

You can put 300 links from the AliExpress website in this tool, but one only link per row.

The generated links will be an affiliate link, and if you order products using these links, you will get a commission from Admitad!

Step 2. Generating the deeplinks

When you press generate, you are getting deeplinks.

A deeplink is a special / personal affiliate link. If you use it, you will get a commission (cashback)!

Using something like the CSV table below will make it easy to order the products that you need in a few clicks:

Can you stack AliExpress cashbacks?

No, AliExpress will only give credit to the last cashback site you clicked on / used before you placed your order.

But don't worry!

Then follow me below, where you will find some extra ways to get cashback on your AliExpress dropshipping orders:

1. Using Pennywise to compare cashback offers

Did you know that there are about 40 cashback sites? And sometimes these other sites pay more cashback than Admitad.

But how do you check all these sites for every single order that you get?

That's where Pennywise comes into play!

Pennywise is a free extension that gives you an easy overview of the various cashback offers as you shop.

Look at the slider to compare rates before you checkout at AliExpress. If you find an offer you like, click through and activate with the cashback site. Then go back to the original tab, and complete your purchase.

All this does is transfer the credit for the sale to the cashback site you clicked, which means that you will get more money back! (If you clicked on a cashback site that has a higher cashback percentage)

If you're an app like DSers, you might be wondering then, ‘Will my orders still go through normally so I can see them in my dropshipping store?'

The answer is yes!

It will still do its work in the original tab, but this way, you have the option of getting cash back at another site rather than through Admitad.

This is a good way to be sure you are not missing a great cashback deal, and it works at more stores than just AliExpress. (Currently around 10,000 stores!)

So it's also useful if you're fulfilling orders from other stores than AliExpress.

2. Using Honey

I haven't tried this yet, but you will need to get the Honey extension on your browser.

Then when you're making your purchase through DSers (or any other dropshipping app that you're using and have connected to your affiliate program), you can press the Honey gold pop-up.

You will then get a 1-5% cashback in Honey Gold which you can then later use to purchase Amazon gift cards.

I'm just not entirely sure yet if you can combine it with your Admitad affiliate link or if it's legal to stack the affiliate cashback like this.

3. Using a cashback credit card

Another great way to get some extra cashback is to use a cashback credit card.

For example, this credit card will give you a 2% cashback on every purchase.

That's an extra 2% you're getting back on your AliExpress purchases and other purchases!
